Caroline Elizabeth Krueger

Caroline Elizabeth Krueger, age 95, of Wautoma, formerly of Neshkoro, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at Silver Lake Manor in Wautoma.  She was born on September 15, 1921, in Neshkoro, a daughter of John Edward and Lena (Henke) Reetz.  Caroline married Arnold Bernard Krueger on October 21, 1939, in Neshkoro.   During her working years, Caroline was employed as a seamstress, sewing socks for the Handcraft Company in Princeton.  She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Neshkoro, and the Neshkoro Senior Citizens Club.  Caroline, together with her late husband Arnold, had enjoyed dancing and going to dances.  She was an excellent cook and loved time spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  

Caroline is survived by her 3 sons, Rodger (Clarice) Krueger, Gary (Sherry) Krueger, Gene (Joan) Krueger all of Neshkoro; 10 grandchildren, Cindy (Barry) Werch of Berlin, Stacy (Mickey) Cerima of North Pole, Alaska, Darrin (Rhonda) Krueger of Neshkoro, Brian (Sue) Krueger of Neshkoro, Andrea (Richard) Schwersenska of Berlin; Randy Krueger of Pukwana, SD, Rodney Krueger of Oshkosh, Ryan Krueger of Neshkoro; Corey (Alicia) Krueger of Neshkoro, Jeremy (Lisa) Krueger of Neshkoro; 12 great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lena Reetz; husband, Arnold Krueger; 4 brothers, Harold, Herbert, Milton and Russell Reetz. 

A funeral service for Caroline Elizabeth Krueger will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m., at Zion Lutheran Church, 227 N. State St., in Neshkoro.  Pastor Franklin Giebel will conduct the service.  Caroline will be laid to rest following the service at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Neshkoro.  Please visit our website www.wachholzandsons.com to send condolences to the family.
