Caroline Jean Spooner

Caroline Spooner, age 81, of Princeton, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016, at her home.  She was born on December 19, 1935, in Amherst, WI, the daughter of Edward and Alma (Anderson) Makuski.  Carol married Richard Spooner in Milwaukee in 1965.  When her children were young she enjoyed making their clothes.  She continued making her own clothing and suits for her husband after the children were grown.  Carol also found time to make crafts and afghans. 

Caroline is survived by her husband, Richard Spooner of Princeton; 2 sons, Bruce (Diane) Witkowski of Beloit, Eric (Doris) Spooner of Wausau; 4 grandchildren, Jeremy; Logan, Katelyn, Nathan; other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Alma Makuski; brothers, Richard and Edward, Jr.
