Virginia Bosman Krueger, age 85, passed away May 9, 2017, at the BeeHive Home in Mesquite, Nevada. She was born on September 12, 1931, in River Falls, Wisconsin to Louis Bosman and Lois Hunt. She married Kenyon Kenneth Krueger on June 30, 1951, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Parsonage in Princeton, Wisconsin.

Virginia attended schools in Green Lake and Princeton and was the valedictorian of the Princeton High School Class of 1949. She briefly attended college at UW River Falls. Virginia and Kenny owned and operated Kenyon’s Klothes in Princeton for a number of years. After closing the store, she started her career with US Bank where she eventually retired. Virginia was active in her school, church, and community. She could be found many Saturdays working at the flea market food booth, working bingo at St. John’s Church, serving as a lector and communion minister at church, or attending athletic events at Princeton High School. Sports was a very large part of her life, whether it be cheering on her sons, her grandchildren, or any of the local students. Virginia enjoyed playing bridge in both Princeton and Mesquite. One of her favorite pastimes was "investing funds" at the casinos. Kenny and Virginia took many vacations to Las Vegas which eventually leading them to winter in Mesquite, which they did for twenty years.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Kenny; sons, Jim (Sue) of Princeton, Wisconsin and Joe (Jessika) of Denver, Colorado; grandchildren, Tim Krueger (Tania Galindez) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Mimi (Mike) Pontarelli of Centerville, Ohio, Amy Krueger (Matt Firkus) of Campbellsport, Wisconsin, Kayla Villamor of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Steven Villamor (Bri) of Salt Lake City, Utah; great grandchildren, Isabella and Mikey Pontarelli; brother, Joe (Janice) Bosman of Pendleton, South Carolina; sister, Judy Goddard of Green Bay, Wisconsin; and sister-in-law, Alice Krueger, of Franklin, Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Helen Bosman; brother-in-laws, Roger Goddard, Elmer Krueger, Elgin Krueger, and Gilbert Krueger; sister-in-law, Arline Krueger.

The family would like to thank BeeHive Homes in Mesquite, our now adopted family, for the loving care given to Virginia, Mesa View Hospice for their compassionate assistance, and Intermountain Cancer Clinic.
