Ivan V. Fink, age 92, of New Berlin, WI, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at Heritage Deer Creek in New Berlin. He was born on June 1, 1926, in Omro, WI, a son of Edward and Dorothy (Page) Fink. Ivan served his country in the United States Navy from 1944-1946, during World War Two. He worked many years as a meat cutter at various companies and especially for Kohls Corporation. Mr. Fink enjoyed walking and loved his new cars. He would purchase a new car every three years. He could often be seen in his garage waxing his cars.
Ivan is survived by his loving companion of 23 years, Mary Rinderle of New Berlin; 3 nephews, Wayne P. (Susan) Fink, Jr. of Berlin, WI, Bruce W. (Sue Backhaus) Fink of Fond du Lac, WI and wife of deceased nephew, Dale A. Fink, Gail Fink; special cousins, Zak and Candy Ali, Linda Tansey; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Dorothy Fink; 3 brothers, Wayne P. Fink, Sr., Robert Fink and Donald Fink.
A visitation for relatives and friends of Ivan V. Fink will take place on Wednesday, September 5, from 12:00-1:00 p.m., at the Wachholz and Sons Funeral Home, 303 Harvard St., in Princeton. Following the visitation, burial will take place at the Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake with Pastor Paul Mumdinger officiating.
