Ronald R. Rowell, age 73, of Princeton, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 14, 2018.  He was born on September 25, 1944, in Beaver Dam, WI, a son of Lee and Ada (Butterbrot) Rowell.  On August 13, 1988, Ron married EeVon Anderson in Princeton.  Ron started his working career as a police officer in Milwaukee, where he worked for 10 years.  For the next 10 years, Ron owned and operated his own TV Sales and Service business, ABC TV Service.  He then worked for a year as a police officer in Markesan.  Ron also worked for Green Lake County as a welfare fraud investigator for 2 years. For the last 10 ½ years before retiring, Ron was a welfare fraud investigator in Waushara County.  Ron loved to hunt.  He especially loved deer hunting.  He also loved his Labradors.  For 8 years, Ron enjoyed raising pheasants and helping people train their dogs for pheasant hunting. 

Ron is survived by his loving wife, EeVon Rowell of Princeton; 4 children, Timothy (Cyndi) Rowell of Kingston, Tammy (Jerry) Adkins of Hartford, Thomas Rowell of Appleton, Tracy (Pat) Glover of Waukesha; step daughter, Tammie Munsch of Princeton; 17 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Fran Rowell of Hartford; many other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Ada Rowell; brother, Donald Rowell. 

A Celebration of Life for Ronald Rowell will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., with a time of gathering for family and friends beginning at 4:00 p.m., at the Wachholz and Sons Funeral Home, 303 Harvard St., in Princeton.  Pastor Julie Sorenson will be the officiant.  Ron's wishes were to be cremated following the celebration of his life.  Please visit our website www.wachholzandsons.com to send a condolence or to share a memory of Ronald with his family. 

Ron, You were the best thing that ever happened to me.  Thank you for all the wonderful memories of all the special things we did and the places we went. Love you bunches.
