Carl J. Watruba

Carl J. Watruba, age 92, of Oconto, WI, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at his home.  Carl was born on June 24, 1926, in Manitowoc County, a son of John and Emma (Hoffmann) Watruba.  On December 31, 1959, he married Shirley Ann Coppus in Princeton, WI.  Carl was a cheese maker by trade and for many years worked for the Frigo Cheese Co., in Lena, WI.  Carl loved fishing, tinkering with cars and building his own creations. 

Those Carl leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife of 59 years, Shirley Watruba of Marinette; his children, Lenny, Emmie, Tracey, George, Debbie, Carla and Roger; numerous grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Emma Watruba; 3 brothers, Bill, Ed, and Jim Watruba; sister, Tracey. 

There will be no services.
