Debra Soda

Debra K. Soda, age 64, of Neshkoro, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at the ThedaCare Medical Center in Berlin.  She was born on May 28, 1955, in Ripon, WI, a daughter of Arnold and Marjorie (Lamonska) Renn.  On April 12, 1975, Deb married Dennis Soda at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Princeton.  For 28 years, she worked in the deli department at the former Sherm’s Piggly Wiggly in Princeton.

Deb enjoyed scrapbooking and traveling when she was younger.  In her early years when she lived on the farm, she enjoyed being a member of the Homemakers Club. Deb loved her grandchildren.   

Those Debra leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband of 45 years, Dennis Soda of Neshkoro; 3 children, Sherry (Ted) Naparala of Princeton, Paul (JoAnn) Soda of South Carolina, James (Brittany) Soda of Neshkoro; 9 grandchildren; her father, Arnold Renn of Markesan; brother, DuWayne (Joan) Renn of Princeton; special friends, Roxanne, Holly, Ruth, Sue Gorr; many other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Renn; her aunt and uncle, Art and Carol Lamonska.  

A memorial service for Debra K. Soda will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2020, at 11:30 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m., at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 226 S. Clinton St., in Princeton. Pastor John Stelter will officiate. Burial will follow the service in the Fairwater Cemetery.
