Elaine M. Hinz Yohann, age 66, of Princeton, WI, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at her home. She was born on October 29, 1956, a daughter of Daniel and Florence (Kube) Hinz.
In 1974, Elaine graduated from Pulaski High School. She later received her Associates Degree in Business Management. Elaine worked for Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon for many years. She then enjoyed working at the Greenway House Bed and Breakfast in Green Lake, WI. Her many hobbies included bird watching from her front window, tending to her 27 plants and going to concerts with her high school friend, Jo Ann. Elaine was a free spirit who believed you were only as old as you felt and she certainly was young at heart. She enjoyed visiting her son and daughter-in-law in Colorado and spending time with her family at the Lake of the Woods Campground.
Those Elaine leaves behind to cherish her memory include her son, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Falkenstein; stepson, Mathew Yohann; stepdaughter, Heather (Jamie Bradjic) Gliniecki; 2 step grandchildren, Gage and Alexus Yohann; sister, Patricia (Anthony) Knapp; sister-in-law, Christine (Richard) Guderski; 4 nieces, Danielle Hinz, Tricia Groskreutz, Kelly Knapp, Sarah Bergmann; her furbabies, Cali, Sophie and Jack; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Florence Hinz; husband, David Yohann; brother, Michael Hinz.
A Celebration of Life for Elaine M. Hinz Yohann will be held on Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the Princeton VFW Post 10452, 136 N. Farmer St., in Princeton. She will be laid to rest at the Forest Home Cemetery, in Milwaukee, on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. If you had the opportunity to know Elaine, you knew how great she was, so let’s celebrate the amazing 66 years she gave to us all.
