Fred Nagorny, age 81, of Princeton, passed away at his home on Monday, December 30, 2019. He was born in Germany on October 14, 1938, a son of Fritz and Albertina (Scheske) Nagorny. Fred proudly served his country in the United States Army from October of 1961 to September of 1963. On February 8, 1964, he married Margaret Fellenz in West Allis, WI. Fred owned and operated Princeton T.V. where he worked as a television repairman for over 30 years. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of Princeton, the Princeton Volunteer Fire Department and the Princeton Lions Club. Fred enjoyed being in the outdoors, fishing and hunting.
Those Fred leaves behind to cherish his memory include his wife of 55 years, Margaret Nagorny of Princeton, WI; 5 children, Jean (Scott) Young of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Julie (Paul) James of Omro, WI, Carrie (David) Gimenez of South Carolina, Bryan Nagorny of Kaukauna, WI, Heather Nagorny of Berlin, WI; 8 grandchildren, Emily, Hannah and Miranda; Caleb, Cassidy; Jerrid, Carley; Hayden; great grandchild, Kayden; brother, Alfred Nagorny of Hartford, WI; all of his fishing buddies; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fritz and Albertina Nagorny; 2 daughters, Jennifer and Linda Nagorny; 2 brothers, Siegfried and Wilfred Nagorny.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Fred Nagorny will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m., at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 1211 W. Main St., in Princeton. Father William Hower will officiate. Fred will be laid to rest in Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield,
