James M. Krueger

James M. Krueger, age 82, of Princeton, WI, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, WI. He was born on March 27, 1940, in Princeton, WI, the son of Percy and Lucille (Sobralski) Krueger.

Jim proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserves. On February 11, 1964, he married Diane Novak in Green Lake, WI. For many years, Jim owned and operated Krueger Feed & Seed in Princeton. After selling his business, he worked for Design Specialty Builders in Green Lake and after his retirement, he worked for the Princeton Hardware Store.  

Jim loved vegetable gardening. In the winter months he would plan out his garden for the upcoming season. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Those Jim leaves behind to cherish his memory include his 2 children, Deb (Doug) Trost of Ripon, Jeff Krueger of West Bend; 4 grandchildren, Logan (Samantha) Trost of Ripon, Mike Krueger of West Bend, Kendra (Tim) Trost of New York, Lauren Krueger of Milwaukee; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Percy and Lucille Krueger; his wife, Diane Krueger on September 5, 2020; 2 sisters, Joyce Krueger and Barbara Sullivan.

In honoring Jim’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Jim and his wife, Diane will be laid to rest following the graveside service in the Princeton City Cemetery.
