Lois Wargula

Lois Wargula, age 90, of Neshkoro, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025, after a brief stay at Juliette Manor in Berlin. She was born on September 12, 1934, in Ripon, the daughter of Gustav and Myrtle (Resheske) Albright.

Lois was a graduate of Ripon High School. She married Edward Wargula on May 5, 1956, in Ripon. During her working years, Lois held various jobs. She was employed at the Ripon Cookie Factory, waitressed at the American Baptist Assembly, was a clerk for the City of Ripon, and a bank teller at the US Bank in Princeton for over 20 years. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church of Neshkoro, the Princeton Snow Barons, Princeton Senior Center, and the Princeton Historical Society. Lois enjoyed traveling, especially to Texas. She had camped in every state, visited Hawaii twice, and went to Germany during Octoberfest. Lois also enjoyed Packer fan game day parties.

Those Lois leaves behind to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 69 years, Edward Wargula of Neshkoro; 3 sons, Tom (Edith) Wargula of Germania, Tim (Jennifer) Wargula of Marinette, Terry (Annette) Wargula of Neshkoro; 5 grandchildren, Alan (Emily) Wargula, Samuel Wargula; Toni (fiancé, Aaron) Wargula, Steven (Cassandra) Wargula, Brooke Wargula; 3 great grandchildren, Henry; Stella, Shawn; special friends, Karan Soda, Charlene Fredrick and Darlene Krentz; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gustav and Myrtle Albright.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Lois Wargula will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m., at St. James Catholic Church, 315 N. Main St., in Neshkoro. Father William Kearley will officiate. Lois will be laid to rest following the service in the Black Creek Cemetery of Neshkoro.
