Lorraine Otto

Lorraine “Rainy” Otto, age 94, of Fond du Lac, WI, formerly of Princeton, passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021, at the Liberty House in Fond du Lac. She was born on December 2, 1926, a daughter of Gustav and Ella M. (Henke) Otto. 

Lorraine was a teacher for 41 years and spent the majority of those years teaching at the Princeton Public School. Rainy liked to travel and enjoyed walking. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church of Waupun.

Those Lorraine leaves behind to cherish her memory include her 3 brothers, Marvin (Shirley) Otto of Princeton, Arlon (Glenda) Otto of Princeton, Lester Otto of Princeton; sister, LaVerne (Gary) Dean of North Fond du Lac; many other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Gustav and Ella Otto; 2 brothers, Walter Otto, Edward Otto; sister, Evelyn Harke; sisters-in-law, Patricia Otto, Claris Otto, Bonnie Otto-Verdine; brother-in-law, Clarence Harke.   

A private Celebration of Life for Lorraine Otto will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at St. John’s Lutheran School Commons. Vicar Jacob Heyn will officiate.  Lorraine will be laid to rest in the City Cemetery in Princeton.
