Lynn James Fischer, age 73, of Princeton, passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by family and holding his wife's hand on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at Juliette Manor in Berlin, WI. Lynn was born on February 21, 1945, in Beaver Dam, a son of Erwin and Ruth (Paul) Fischer. He proudly served his country as an Airman in the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1967, when he was honorably discharged. Lynn was a member of the American Legion of the United States. He had worked as a welder for the Kelly Company in Milwaukee for many years. On June 5, 1984, Lynn married Carol Jean Rominske in Menomonee Falls, WI. During his life, Lynn enjoyed hunting and farming. On summer evenings, his favorite pastime was sitting around the fire pit with friends and family.
Lynn is survived by his wife, Carol Fischer of Princeton, WI; 2 sons, Kendall (Hope) Fischer of Oxford, WI, Dennis (Michelle) Fischer of Florida; 2 daughters, Lori Wilson of Menomonee Falls, WI, Vicki McAllister of Stone Lake, WI; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Sherwin (Jeanne) Fischer of Texas, Eugene Fischer of Mayville, WI; 2 sisters, Bonnie (Robert) King of Rosendale, WI, Wendy (Gary) Hintz of Fond du Lac, WI; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Erwin and Ruth Fischer; son-in-law, Jerry McAllister.
