Mike Yasick, age 73, of Princeton, passed away with his family by his side on Friday, May 1, 2026, at the Barrett House in Green Lake. He was born on September 26, 1952, in Ripon, WI, a son of Eugene and Leona (Hoeft) Yasick.
On June 1, 1985, Mike married Debbie Nowak at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of Princeton. Mike and Debbie owned and operated Fox River Auto Sales in Princeton. Loving the outdoors, he enjoyed deer hunting, snowmobiling, and going on various hunting trips. He also enjoyed traveling. Mike was a member of the Sno-Barons Snowmobile Club of Princeton for over 40 years and a member of Wisconsin Deer Hunters.
Those Mike leaves behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 40 years, Debbie Yasick of Princeton; 2 sons, Justin Yasick (Misty) and Josh (Lexie) Yasick of Princeton; 2 grandchildren, Clayton and Tinsley; sister, Lois (Ronnie) Gurke of Princeton; brother, Roy (Kathy) Yasick of Neshkoro; sister-in-law, Suzie Yasick of Neshkoro; special friends, Gib and Darlene Krentz, Jerry Reusch, Dick Koller, and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Leona Yasick; his brother, Larry Yasick.
A private family graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Princeton with Father Dale Grubba as the officiant. A gathering for the family and friends of Mike Yasick will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Fox River Auto Sales, W4611 State Road 23/73, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please visit our website www.wachholzandsons.com to send a condolence or to share a memory of Mike with his family.
