Myra S. Clark
Obituary
Myra S. Clark, age 98, of Ripon, passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at the Ripon Community Hospital in Ripon. She was born on July 1, 1925, in Ripon, WI, the daughter of Elmer and Elsie (Rueckert) Kobernik.
Myra had been an office secretary throughout her working career. She had worked for Speed Queen and Born Law Office both of Ripon and McQuay Perfex in Berlin. In July of 1976, she married James R. Clark at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon. Myra was a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Green Lake Post 306. She loved gardening and traveling.
Those Myra leaves behind to cherish her memory include her son, Ronald L. (Lori) Kannenberg of Green Lake; granddaughter, Shannon Lani Kannenberg of Menasha; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Elsie Kobernik; husband, James R. Clark; son, Keith A. Kannenberg.
In honoring Myra’s wishes there will be no services. A private burial will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023, at the Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake. A memorial has been established to the American Legion Auxiliary Post 306, P.O. Box 448, Green Lake, WI 54941.
