Richard Julien

Richard “Rick” Julien, age 74, of Neshkoro, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at his home.  He was born on April 4, 1945, in Milwaukee, WI, a son of Alfred and Grace (Mueller) Julien.  On October 18, 1975, Rick married Donna Krause at Zion Lutheran Church in Neshkoro. 

Rick was a dog lover and especially loved German Shepherds.  He enjoyed deer hunting, shooting, running and maintaining his property.  Rick spent 44 years in law enforcement, with the majority of that time with the Green Lake County Sheriff Department.  Rick retired at the level of detective for Green Lake County. 

Rick is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Donna Julien of Neshkoro; other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Grace Julien.  

A memorial service for Richard “Rick” Julien will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at 11:30 a.m., with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m., at Zion Lutheran Church, 227 North State St., in Neshkoro.  Pastor John Bumgardner will officiate.  Rick will be laid to rest following the service in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Neshkoro.
