Vern Hansen, age 61, of Princeton, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023, at his home. He was born on June 25, 1962, a son of LuVern Hansen and Marleece (Kastenschmidt) Frericks. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Vern operated his own business, Vern’s Contracting, doing carpentry work in the Princeton area. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Those left behind to cherish his memory include his son, Casey Hansen of Princeton; 5 sisters, Melinda Stenersen of Minnesota, Teresa (Mike) Cullum of Greenville, WI, Holly Ivers of Topeka, KS, Nicole (David) Churchwell of Limon, CO, Becki (Sean) Bahr of Shawano, WI; 3 brothers, Jay Frericks of Rock Springs, WY, Jason (Jackie) Frericks of Rock Springs, WY, Ron (Kim) Hansen of Rosendale, WI; stepmother, Judi Hansen; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Danielle Frericks, stepfather, Denis Frericks.

Vern Hansen wished to be cremated and there will be no services.
